Rayne’s remedial recommendations

As the winter season comes into play, so does the flu epidemic.

The flu includes runny noses, sore throats, fevers, and ear aches. If you hate taking medicine, I have other ways that you can recover from the nasty virus called the flu.

1. Make some tea and add honey into it. This not only tastes good, but it helps soothe your throat.

2. If you have a stomach ache, get a bottle of Sprite and drink it. This particular soda helps you burp which gets rid of the gas in your stomach, making you feel better.

3. Stock up on as many cough drops as possible. This not only helps you with a cough, but it’s also another soother for your sore throat if you don’t have any tea at home.

4. The most important one of all is to rest. If you are sick, you need to sleep and take care of your body. If you don’t, you may not get better as fast as you would like.
