Sleep is for the strong

It is very important to get a lot of sleep. One of the most popular reasons why you should get a lot of sleep is because it plays an important role in your physical health. If you love being active, it’s best if you get a good night’s sleep because it can also improve your physical well being.

Being well rested can make your brain function better. If you don’t sleep well, it can increase your risk of heart disease, cause a stroke, or can cause inflammation. Good sleep also improves your immune system. You can most likely catch a cold if you get less than seven hours of sleep at night.

So if you’re feeling tired or exhausted and you can’t get enough sleep, 10-20 minute naps can help you refresh your mind.
