In February of 2017 NASA announced that they discovered a new star system called Trappist 1. There were seven new planets found in this star system. Four of them are Earth like and three are habitable.

The problem is these seven planets are 39 light years away, and the fastest space shuttle we have would take 750,000 years to get there. With it being so far away, the possible of us inhabiting these planets is near impossible. Earth is dying slowly but surely, so we might need these planets as another option.

The universe has always been very interesting to me because there’s so much we don’t. There could be hundreds of other universes but we don’t know for sure because there’s only so much you can see threw a telescope.
